How Much Does It Cost For A Party Bus?

A Party Bus can range in price based on your needs. Sometimes it’s even more effective to get a party bus than a limo, as it seats more passengers. A common rate for party bus is $90 to $250 an hour depending on how many people you plan to bring, pick up and drop off location.

What is a Party Bus?

You have a couple options when thinking about a party bus, you can get a Party Bus or a Limo. Both types of vehicles are great options as they can seat from (10 people) to large groups (40-50 people). The party bus is very much like a limo, the driver becomes your own personal chauffeur. There is an array of different types of cars to suit your different taste and the mood for your overall event. Pick and choose whatever style, color and feel you want for your car and have a fun time with your friends and loved ones.

How much do you tip a limo driver?

To start, think about how was the overall service, timeliness, or the condition of the vehicle you received. A good rule of thumb is to tip about 20% of the price, if the service was overall a great experience.

How old do you have to be to be in a party bus?

If the trip is a nighttime bar event, everyone on the bus must be 21 years of age. The only exceptions are when we are going somewhere that the people under the age of 21 can get into.

How far in advance should l reserve my bus?

It’s important to consider how far in advance you need to reserve your bus. The type of bus you want will affect the amount of time you need to book it. For example, if you are looking for a luxury coach or party bus, it is best to book at least 3 weeks in advance. If your event is coming up soon, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.

What type of bus do you have?

We have a selection of buses, ranging from mini-buses that can carry up to 15 passengers and large charter buses that can hold up to 56. Smaller buses are perfect if you’re traveling with a small group or want to take advantage of the flexibility of private transportation without having to pay for a whole bus all by yourself. Large buses work well for large groups, especially when you need extra space for luggage or equipment.

How many people can your limo hold?

The number of people a limo can hold depends on the size, style and model. Most are designed to seat 6-8 people comfortably; however, some can be configured with as many as 10 or 12 seats depending on their configuration. The number of people that can fit in a bus typically varies from 18 to 30 passengers, depending on the size and style of the bus you choose. The capacity for shuttles ranges from 14 passengers up to 28 passengers; however, most are set up with 16 seats at maximum capacity because that allows room for standing passengers during high demand events such as concerts or sporting events where several hundred fans may want to travel together in one vehicle. A standard charter bus holds approximately 56 passengers if all seats are occupied during peak travel times. Party buses are specifically designed for groups who want more space than what’s offered by regular limos or shuttle vans while still wanting luxurious amenities like flat screen TVs with surround sound systems and plush seating which makes them ideal for bachelor/bachelorette parties or any other group celebration where you don’t mind paying extra for comfort!

How much would it cost to rent a limo or bus?

The cost of renting a limo or bus is determined by the size of the vehicle, and how far you need to go. The longer your trip, the more it will cost. Likewise for large vehicles versus small ones!

A typical rate starts at $125 per hour with a four-hour minimum. This fee includes all applicable taxes and gratuities, as well as the use of all amenities within the vehicle (such as TVs and DVD players). Do I have to pay extra if I want my driver to wear formal attire? Yes! If you wish for your chauffeur to dress formally during your trip, this will be done at no additional charge (with one exception—the following FAQ).
